I just finished my 3rd laser hair removal session for lower legs (knees included) and underarms.
About 4-6 weeks in between sessions depending on hair growth. FYI laser hair removal isn’t exactly permanent, it does significantly reduce hair, but results depend on your own baseline hair growth.

After 3 sessions, there’s pretty much no more leg hair (maybe a few light coloured strands left). Will probably need 1-2 more sessions for underarms though. My skin usually reacts poorly to shaving with red bumps lasting a week, so my usual method used to be waxing legs every 3-4 weeks. I really love the results, no more hassle, but it is kind of painful. Bearable, but it’s like a stinging/intense prickly feeling, especially in places with more concentrated hair growth. Pain is about 3/5 on average, some spots hitting a 4/5. It took about 45min for both legs, and less than 30min for both underarms. I’d recommend booking them back to back to make it one longer appointment and get it over with.

Mila is super efficient and experienced. They have full transparency of their prices online, and you can book online as well. Spa itself is quite small, no frills, it’s basically just a small room with a heated bed and some music. Clean towels and bedding. Located inside a commercial/business building on the 2nd floor.

Walking in this morning, I was so nervous since it was my first time getting waxed — and I was getting a Brazilian! But Mila made the whole process so easy, comfortable, and never rushed. I felt at ease the entire time and will definitely be coming back 😌
